Dr. Ammar Hatahet is a board-certified expert in Obesity Medicine and Internal Medicine with more than 20 years of experience helping patients improve their health, manage their weight, and enhance their quality of life. He holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan and serves as a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Michigan State University.
As Medical Director of H and H Beauty, Dr. Hatahet brings his medical expertise to the practice’s advanced, long-lasting aesthetic treatments. He is extensively trained in InMode’s Technology, including Morpheus8 Burst, Lumecca, Vasculaze Max, and Diolaze, ensuring every treatment is performed with the highest standard of safety, precision, and care.

Dr. Wael Hatahet is a public health expert with a Ph.D. and M.S. in Nutrition. His career spans more than 20 years across academia, the United Nations, and the World Health Organization. He has a special interest in nutraceuticals and in exploring the benefits that nature can offer for skincare and beauty.
Dr. Wael is dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art nutritional insights and helping patients maintain their weight following initial medical weight-loss treatment.
Maria Kay Doyon
With 25 years of dedicated experience in healthcare, Maria Kay Doyon has built a career defined by leadership, precision, and compassionate patient-centered service. She has successfully managed a physician practice, overseeing daily operations, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the clinic runs with exceptional efficiency and professionalism.
Maria’s expertise extends beyond practice management into advanced aesthetic services. She is certified in microneedling radio frequency and laser aesthetics, bringing a specialized skill set that blends clinical knowledge with modern cosmetic technology. Her commitment to continued learning and high-quality care has allowed her to support both medical and aesthetic patients with confidence, safety, and excellence.

Diana Terry
I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. I have served as a Regional Manager in retail, honing my leadership, organization, and client-focused skills; worked as a Respiratory Therapist, developing precision, patient care expertise, and medical knowledge; and collaborated with a primary care physician in internal medicine and weight loss, gaining experience in health, wellness, and individualized treatment plans. This combination allows me to approach aesthetics with both compassion and professionalism, delivering safe, effective, and personalized care.
I specialize in advanced treatments such as Morpheus8, focusing on skin rejuvenation, firmness, and overall revitalization. Patient comfort, education, and customized treatment plans are always my priority, ensuring results that look natural and enhance each individual’s confidence.
